Autumn 2018
Our Autumn trips for 2018 are a trip to White water at Northampton to take part in moving water training and a paddle on River Nene, a weekend trip to North Wales for beginners white water and a flat water tour of the River Stour.

A popular club trip is a day paddle from our base at Redricks Lakes upto the Shed Café in Sawbridgeworth where we stop for a cup of tea or a light lunch then either head on up to Sawbridgeworth or turn back toward Harlow Mill.
This is an upstream paddle passing round Harlow mill lock, Feakes Lock Sheering mill Lock and Sawbridgeworth Lock, as well as Tednamebury Lock and upto Spellbrook Lock. This challenging paddle takes a day and travels through about 5 miles of countryside well away from the busy roads.
Have a look at our other club paddling Locations and River trips.

The club is located on a stretch of river that has two pubs and several Cafes nearby offering lots of opportunities to have a break or set a challenge to paddle to.
